terms, conditions and privacy policy

1)This is a 100% NON-SMOKING hotel, a $250.00 cleanup charge will be applied to the guests' account if smoking is detected in the room during the duration of the stay.

2) I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and I agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay for any or part of the full amount of these charges and I shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the premises or contents.

3)The credit card on file for my reservation is authorized to be charged for any damages

4) The Property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for injury or accidents to guests or loss of money, jewelry, or any personal valuables of any kind.


CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS & AUTHORIZATIONS
I authorize The Beverley Hotel, Toronto to debit the credit card account provided for the purchase of Hotel Room(s), Hotel Services, and Incidentals for the duration of my stay. This is secured by a security deposit of $100.00 pre-authorization to my credit card account.
